Public-facing contact: Janet

Relevant mobility-industry experience

Janet is the public-facing contact for myvelogo. The service draws on relevant OEM and supply-chain project experience involving mobility scooters and power wheelchairs (electric wheelchairs). The work has included procurement, supplier coordination, engineering communication, specification clarification, sample development, production follow-up, quality-issue communication, pre-shipment preparation and export-process coordination.

Why myvelogo was created

Smaller and mid-sized brands often need more than a supplier contact. They need someone who can clarify the product requirement, ask practical factory questions, document open decisions and keep the project moving between the overseas buyer and China-side suppliers.

How we represent the buyer

  • Work from the buyer's product, target-market and commercial brief
  • Compare suppliers against the same stated requirement
  • Document material questions, answers, decisions and next actions
  • Charge the overseas client rather than accepting supplier referral commissions
  • Escalate decisions to the buyer instead of making unauthorized product approvals

Clear service boundaries

myvelogo is not a product manufacturer, test laboratory, certification body, importer of record or legal adviser. We do not promise supplier performance, certification approval or market success. When independent testing, inspection, regulatory or legal expertise is needed, that work should be completed by appropriately qualified providers selected or approved by the buyer.

Verify the fit before you engage us

Ask about the product category, the proposed deliverables, how supplier information will be checked, who controls approvals and which third-party services may be needed. We will state what is included, what is outside scope and which information must come from you.
