Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, work email, company, country or region, project type, product requirements, expected quantity, target market, timeline, preferred contact method and WhatsApp number when you request a WhatsApp reply. We may also receive ordinary technical information used to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and request timestamps.
Why we use information
We use inquiry information to review and respond to your request through the contact channel you choose, determine whether the proposed work is relevant, prepare a possible scope and maintain related communication. This processing is necessary to take steps at your request and for our legitimate interests in answering genuine B2B enquiries. We use limited technical information to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website, comply with legal obligations and prevent misuse. Optional analytics is based on your consent. The website is hosted by Vercel, and inquiry emails are delivered through Resend. If analytics is enabled and you consent, Google Analytics processes usage information. If you call us, contact us through WhatsApp or ask to receive a WhatsApp reply, we may receive your telephone or account identifier and the information, messages or attachments you choose to provide. WhatsApp and its provider Meta may process your phone number, profile information, message content and related technical data under their own terms and privacy policy. These providers may process information in the United States, the European Economic Area or other locations in which they operate. myvelogo receives and handles enquiries in China. Providers receive only the information reasonably needed for hosting, security, email delivery, messaging or consented analytics. By checking the required inquiry box and submitting the form, you agree to this processing so that we can receive and answer your request. WhatsApp is optional; you can use email or the inquiry form instead.
Retention and security
Enquiries that do not become active projects are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful communication. Records connected with an agreed project may be kept longer where reasonably needed for the agreement, accounting, dispute prevention or legal obligations. Hosting, email, messaging and security providers may retain technical logs for the periods stated in their own policies. We use reasonable access, account and transmission safeguards, but no internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent for future analytics. You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority where you live or work. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required for legitimate record keeping or legal obligations.
